Anyone heard of Brady Johnson from GFC? He played in the state championship game last year as an 8th grader at 2nd base.  He might not be a solid hitter but the kid's got range in the field.

ANother big hitter comin up through Minot is going to be Casey Roed. On his Babe Ruth team i have sources that says he batted .600+ Minot has a lot of potential but none that will fill the shoes of Zac he is just 2 good

oh great another elgie, he cant possibly be good as his brother can he.  My son has Osgood Schlaters in both his knees. He seems like he is in lots of pain sometimes.  His knees lock up on him and he falls over.

Yeah, Junglings a great pitcher but he has no bat, and sometimes if you really watch him close you can tell when hes going to pick over.  If he works on that during the summer he probably could be the number 2 picther next year.

What about Ben Walker the sophomore pitcher from Jamestown.  He has a good curveball and changeup and his fastball is probably only in the 70's maybe hits 80 but he does a good job of changing speeds and using his pitches effectively.  Today he held Fargo North to only one run in 7 innings when they had to go to the bullpen.  He is also 7-1 on the season with like a 2.9 ERA in 38 innings...someone to look out for I think...

Ya gotta love a player that can change speeds efficiently. They always give you a good opportunity to win. Guys that can master that are leaps and bounds ahead of "flamethrowers" when it comes to college potential.
I never blame myself when I'm not hitting. I just blame the bat and if it keeps up, I change bats. After all, if I know it isn't my fault that I'm not hitting, how can I get mad at myself?

North had like eight hits off him.  The score was a little mis-leading.

I think he might be getting talked up a little bit.  Yeah, he's good for a soph. but we need to be talking about Ryan Bollinger before we do Walker.  St. Mary's even hit Walker well, but it was the Saints defense that got him the win.
