Anybody out there want to forecast the 2015 NDHSAA Class A Baseball season? East/West? Region teams? Players to watch?

Give an overview - general, or specific; or, highlight a team, if that's your knowledge base. Positional players - pitchers? Big bats?

Spring is coming - Let's hear it!

In the west I think Dickinson, Century, Bismarck High and Minot will be the top 4 teams.

Two bits of info for the upcoming spring baseball season....
Feeney (Bismarck Cent) broke his foot again right before WDA basketball. Not sure how that will affect him, but it could be a big blow to Century. He's a good hitter and a stud on the mound.

I was also told Alex Mack(Minot High) also has had a broken foot all winter(FB injury). Not sure of his recovery either, but he is a huge piece of their team also. Best OF and top 2 hitters.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I heard that Feeney is moving to Valley City due to his Uncle living there. Apparently the Bismarck coaches said they wouldn't let him play due to his broken ankle and not wanting to injure it any further. His uncle offered Dalton the option of coming to Valley City to play for the high school then. The coaches at Valley City said they'd love to have him. I wouldn't be surprised if they end up taking the 1 seed in the east due to this addition. For this my standings have been altered for the East standings.

1. Valley City
2. West Fargo
3. North Fargo
4. Wahpeton
5. Central
6. Shanley
7. South
8. Davies

I don't see Davies scoring a win this year. The Hartness brothers don't seem to be committed to the team but instead to other outside activities. Alex Hook a senior might be the only one that can bring the team into a winning position. I'd say look for him to have a break out year. He worked religiously in the weight room and in the cage.
