Okay, that makes sense. My brother and I compare notes on the West teams(myself) and the East teams(my brother) to let each other know what the other side has. He has seen Red River play as well as Fargo South and says Fargo South is most definitely the team to beat in the East.

I know historically the media voters always put the undefeated teams in the top spots and give their best guesses for the other spots. But I think that Fargo south should be number two in the poll and Minot/Red River one spot lower. Century at five is fine and the Demons number one until someone knocks them off.

I think Fargo South is fine right where they are. Let me explain, South lost to a Faribault team which is 2534 in the country. That is just 7 spots ahead of Minot (2541). South's ranking on the other hand is 2944.
One more thing, the strength of schedule favors Minot.

I don't think strength of schedule is a good argument in saying that Minot is better; defense that would be a different argument.

I was just saying that the west is a tougher conf. than the East thats all.
