With all due respect P/C,  there is no way Edgeley will beat Napoleon.  I'll go with the Imperials in a rout.

I agree with ndsportsfan.  Napoleon looks very good this year even with the loss of running back Andy Wirt from last year.  I have not seen E-K play but from what i hear there is no way that they can play with Napoleon.  In the past, Napoleon did allow teams to stick with them with the "3 yards in a cloud of dust offense", but this year they throw the ball more than the past couple of years so ill take Napoleon winning this one quite easily.

I have seen Napoleon once live and once on tape and E-K Twice on tape.  Size, strength, and speedwise Napoleon dominates.  This years Napoleon team can put the ball in the air a bit.  But it always amazes me they can have passing success  sending 2 recievers on routes the majority of the time.

I know any given Friday, thats why they play the game, etc.  But Napoleon is way to much for E-K to Handle, Imperials in a route.

Other games Region 1 and 2:

Oakes over Ellendale

Sargent Central over Hillsboro

Milnor/North Sargent over Hope/Page

Richland over BCN

Strasburg/Zeeland over Shiloh Christian

Friendly correction:  It is New Salem @ Washburn tonight.  I think it will be a close, tough game for both teams.  I think Washburn will win in a squeaker, with the home field advantage helping out the Cardinals.

I don't know if New Salem gets a good run game going they may be tuff to stop.  The big thing about that game is if they can cover Washburn's pass offense.  But it should be a good one right down to the end.

With winds being 25-30mph right now and continuing through the night it might be tough to get a passing game going.

Not suprised Oakes won, but very suprised at the score.  I thought Oakes would blow them out.

Ellendale must really be coming around.  Anyone at the game that can give some insight?

BCN gave Richland alittle scare in the first half
I don't know if I practiced more than anybody, but I sure practiced enough. I still wonder if somebody - somewhere - was practicing more than me.

Ellendale and Oakes fumbled the ball a lot. The scores should have been a lot higher.  Ellendale is still struggling with injuries.
