Its possible with the run that Thompson gave North Border last week. NB defense has to come up big. Central Valley likes to spread it out and run up the middle with Waslien and Siewert. NB's offense is solid with Max Johnson running the ball and throwing to a big target like Mike Smith is always nice.

I'd like to say CV will win, but I predict a 38 to 22 win by NB.

The game wil depend on which CV comes out to play. The one that gave up 33 points in the first quarter to Hillsboro or the team the beat Thompson. If the Hillsboro version comes to play then NB could win but if Thompson version comes to play I see a CV win 44 - 30.

I like CV to beat NB. I think the Valiants have improved tons since early in the year. I think they have gained so much confidence and Coach Vigen is using his talent very well. Siewert is a bull, Waslien is quick and can sling it, Luchsinger can go get it, and Sam Moen is back at center which really solidifies their line.

Talk about a team that has improved from last year, the Valiants might win the most improved team in the state award if they keep on winning.

The BCN@Richland game might be closer than some people think.

that depends if richland plays like they have the last few games or if they can get it back up to where they were their first 3 games.

Agreed booyah....I beleive Richland has been battling alot of injuries. They are still a top team in the league. I wouldnt want to play them as a #4 seed in the playoffs thats for sure. They will dismantle BCN

Don't only 2 teams from each region make the playoffs?

Top 4 in each region. All the number 1 teams get a by. The number 2 team in region 2 and region 5 also do.

I will agree I could see CV beating NB. NB has struggled to stop the run all year. Reinike ran all over them last week for Thompson keeping them in the game. When NB lost to Dakota Prairie they gave up two 100 yard rushers and an 80 yard rusher. The last couple years CV threw more out of the spread, but lately they have turned into a spread team that likes to run more. A lot of read option, speed option, and traps out the the spread have been mostly CV's plan of attack. It will be interesting, Central Valley's O-line is nothing compared to their D-line, I know that they are mostly the same kids, but watching them play they just go harder on defense. If they can get a good push against NB and get a blocker on Max Johnson, CV could have a big day. I still give the edge to NB, as much as I would like to see CV win. A win by CV would give them huge boost going into playoffs. Also a win could secure a spot in the playoffs.

Anyone have an idea what has happened to Tri-county??? Injuries??new coach lost the team?? about the third week they looked like a 3-4 team in the region & now I'll take Dunseith to beat them

The rest look on...The North star TGU game should show who's #2-3 in region & can North star rebound after being BEATEN!! If North star shows up they win by 3 TD's

I think that Tri-County has a very good RB in Martwick and a decent QB in Heim. The only problem they have is there line........it is very weak.

tri co. and dunseith both have weak lines. i guess it will jus come down to which teams skills can make the most plays.
