Going to be interesting how this plays out in the realignment landscape. Two of their coop options are Harvey and Velva. Adding D-A would put either of those two schools in AA enrollment levels, or near there.

Sounds like they'll lean towards 6-man football.

I just learned that Garrison-Max (Class A) is only playing a JV schedule this year.

So that's TWO teams that waited too long to declare seasons forfeited...screwing up schedules for their regions.

To be fair, I believe the administrations at G-M made their intentions known in June or early July. However there was a push within the communities that prolonged this issue into fall camp. The folks within the communities just felt that the administrations numbers were inaccurate. Sad situation all around.

D-A was hit with a couple of season ending injuries from what I’ve heard.
