There should be some really good matchups this week! I do believe that South Border has a chance to upset the so far untouchable Cavalier. But the right team needs to show up since they have been very inconsistent this year. Also I think that they need to get the ball into their best playmakers and do something different than just straight I formation because Cavalier is too fast and too strong to just get driven down the field and they also do outsize SB. SB has been somewhat declining lately it seems like, I think they need to go back to what they were doing at the beginning of the year with balancing their attack between all their offensive weapons instead of becoming so predictable and one dimensional.

I thought LLM was a solid team with alot of resilience...I actually think they were really surprised (especially #32) with the stop Defense of the Tornadoes ...Steman had a quick, on a rope pass, that Tornadoes hadn't seen this season. ....In all? Cavalier was a much more rounded team.

Ill take Both Region 2 teams this Saturday

Cavalier 56 to 20
FSHP 32 to 24

I'm going to take all the number #1's
Wouldn't be surprised it FSHP wins, was surprised Napoleon didn't beat up more on Thompson. I think they win at home this week tho.

Probably still fuming over the 6pm start and the reasoning behind the later start.

Divide matches up with Shiloh better than we did. DC will stop their run, much more physical than SC.

SJ beat DC because they couldn't stop the pass.

SC beat SJ because we couldn't stop their run.

DC will beat SC because they can stop the run.

How good is divide this year. It seems like teams have been able to move the ball on them. How do you think the divide/ Shiloh game will be. Both teams like to run the ball and control tempo. Just wondering If region four has a chance to put a team in the semi's.

Sports? I lOve them..... personally I think year in and year out the Quarter final game is the hardest one to win to keep moving forward....with a SB pick or a Cavalier Pick, what is it that makes the difference??

for me with my Cavalier pick its the perseverance that has been displayed throughout the year
the adaptation to 9-man from 11-man has been huge this season, the team and community and coaches have embraced it and have ran with it.
I have never seen SB play and no nothing about them, we all know that tapes are being watched to no end and that strategy from both will be in place.....dont look for a choke from either side to determine the winner........ :)

What's the story on this game? Shocked to see such a blowout. How was their regular season matchup?

I'm kind of surprised no one has mentioned this. I was at the Shiloh vs. divide county game on Saturday in Bismarck. There was a player injured from DC ( I hope he is ok because that was one of the scariest hits I've seen live ). There were 2 things about this situation that really made me nervous and by the end of the situation made me down right angry. 1st: I was always under the impression that a High school football game in North Dakota had to have an ambulance present ( there wasn't one at this game and took 15 minutes to get there ) and 2: once the ambulance got there it wasn't allowed to drive on the field ( the young man had an apparent neck injury that appeared to be serious ). Maybe I am over thinking this but it appeared to be a clear case of negligence.
