Region 4- (3 and 4 could flip flop with a Shiloh loss and Bowman win)

This would mean first round games would look like this-

If I'm reading this right it means the championship is a guaranteed east vs west game?

yep... you are correct. The East beats up on the East until the End. Even though it would be close to a sweep for the East if it was an East vs West match up. I think the Best Team should play with worst play off team and so on down the line. The East and West match up does not mean the two best teams in the state play in the Dome. Thompson and Oakes playing the first round should be more like a Semi-Final game not the first round.

Not necessarily- The four region championship teams get seeded 1-4. The first two rounds will be East vs. East and West vs. West, but the semifinals could be a crossover depending on how they are seeded.

You are correct, it can still be 2 East teams playing in the Dome.

Is the Region seeded or the team? For example if Oakes wins and HCV wins and Oakes beats HCV in the quarters, would Oakes automatically be the #4 (because they are a runner up) in the semis? Or do they seed the region meaning if HCV gets beat in the quarters and they are the #3 would Oakes take that spot?

Let's use Bottineau beating Kindred as the example as Kindred is likely the #1 overall seed; Bottineau does not become the 'new' #1; they are unseeded and therefore would still go on the road to play the #4 overall seed (if they make it to the semifinals). If two unseeded teams meet then the higher region rank will host; if two like-seeded teams meet then I'm not sure (ex. R4-2 & R2-2)...it used to be in even years the even region hosted but you could potentially have even regions in the same bracket now by using this ranking.

It is the Region Champions from the 4 regions that get seeded- Then the four teams that make up their quarter of the bracket are placed accordingly-

For example- If they were seeded:
1- Kindred
2- Velva
3- Beulah
4- HCV

It would look like this:

Carrington/Langdon @ #1 Kindred
Central Cass @ Bottineau

Thompson @ Oakes
Sargent County/Lisbon @ #4 Hillsboro CV

Bowman County @ #2 Velva
Ray/Powers Lake @ Dickinson Trinity

Bishop Ryan @ #3 Beulah
Shiloh @ Des Lacs/Burlilngton

But if HCV was the #3 and Beulah the #4, the first two rounds stay the same, but the quarter of the bracket moves so they would play a different semi-final opponent.
