Anybody else find it hard to believe that there is basically one East team and all the rest from the West? I can not image that teams like Oak, HCV, Thompson, Lisbon would not beat every team in the top five except for Kindred. I guess we will find out come playoff time.

How did Velva get jumped by DT? I don't get that one and finally the East gets a little love with Thompson and Oaks getting in the top five.
I honestly don't see Velva or DT coming out East and beating Kindred, HCV, Thompson, CC, Oakes.... I really don't.

DT beat a good Shiloh team that was #5 last week; Velva whomped a poor Nedrose...my guess that's where the little extra bump came from...

We'll see when Playoffs start if the West is as 'weak' as you are suggesting. Have you seen any of those other west teams play or is it just eastern ND bias?

I have watch the DT and Shiloh game, Shiloh and Powers Lake and Velva and Beulah game. All good teams but I just don't see them being top 2 teams in the state. I won't be surprised to see Velva playing in the dome but all the rest I would be. Yes I have a Bias for East football because nobody from the west has really competed over the last few years. West was very dominate for years and now is the East side of the states turn.

We will see if Thompson is the real deal after their final two weeks of the year. Bottineau and HCV. That is rough road.

My personal ranking would have Dickinson and Velva switched around. I just don't feel Dickinson has the ability from stopping people from scoring and Velva does.

If Thompson runs the gauntlet the next two weeks and finishes undefeated I think they could make a strong case for #2. If HCV finishes 8-1 with their only loss coming to Kindred I think they also could make a strong case for #2. and I agree with you that Velva and Trinity could flip-flop.
