Can anyone answer why Rugby’s Football team not in the playoffs? They’re third in Region Standings but not in the playoffs.

Carrington, HWC & Rugby were in an essential 3-way tie (give HWC the W or throw the game out). They split head-to-head as well

Carrington DEF. HWC 24-6 (+17 max)
Rugby DEF. Carrington 12-8 (+4)
HWC DEF. Rugby 32-12 (+17 max)

Therefore:
Carrington +13
HWC +0
Rugby - 13

Carrington received #3 Seed by winning pt differential tiebreaker
HWC received #4 Seed for H2H victory over Rugby

Note: HWC didn't play Bottineau and cannot be penalized for not playing game...each region and coaches were to determine the playoff seeds if there were some no contest games.

Yea kind of funky but its not who has more region wins it is who has less region losses, since they all have the same amount of losses the tie breaker comes into effect.

Its all how it fell schedule wise...A healthy Harvey is the 3rd best team in region easily...Rugby is 4th. The Harvey team that beat Rugby, beats Carrington by 20+
