Park River is a great program, but I just don't see them being anything better than a 4 seed in Region two let alone receiving votes... One team that comes to mind that should be receiving votes Should be Harvey. I think Harvey will be number 2 in region two.

This has to be a rarity (probably more likely in football), but how many times has a team that received a first place vote been in the receiving votes portion of the poll?
