Hillsboro-Central Valley 20 consecutive wins

Hillsboro-Central Valley beat Oak Grove Saturday for its 20th consecutive win. I was just wondering how many North Dakota Class A teams have won 20 games in a row? I know Velva/Sawyer and Harvey dominated back in the day and Park River/Fordville-Lankin won back-to-back titles in 2014 and 2015. I know the Aggies went undefeated in 2015 but I couldn't find anything for 2014.

Winning 20 straight games is impressive, correct? Or have multiple teams done it in the past?

20 consecutive wins is always an impressive accomplishment!

If you look at http://www.northdakotahsfootball.altervista.org/, you can find other teams that have done it.

Velva won 28 in a row in 03, 04, 05, and another 24 in a row in 09 & 10.
Cavalier won 45 in a row before losing to Velva in 05(AA & A). In 13 to 15 they won 27 in a row.
Stanley won 22 in a row in 11 & 12.
Hazen won 30 in a row from 12 to 14.

There could be more, but those are ones that I remembered enough to look up quickly.
With that said, 20 in a row is quite in an accomplishment. Congrats HCV!

Dickinson Trinity won 35 in a row from 2000-2002
Watford City won 30 in a row from 1985-87
Linton won 25 in a row during the early 2000's

Just a few more examples, but check out that website, it's awesome!

21 in a row now. Closest game in those 21 was their 2 point win vs LEM in the championship. Next closest game was a 19 point win. 20 out of 21 wins were by 3 or more TDs.

Cavalier won 47 in a row. They went 12-0 three consecutive years in AA football then dropped down to Class A and were 11-0 before losing to Velva. I think their 27 win streak was in 9-man.
