One of the reasons I don't trust Max Preps. Bowman County co-op is just bowman high school, Scranton hasn't been part of Bowman's co-op in almost a decade.

MaxPreps is a CA-based site that doesn’t even care about area in sports...lots of things are wrong on the site. Most schools don’t even use the site for stats anymore

I used to try to help them fix the things wrong for ND on their and their response was quite sad and along the ‘not caring’ lines. Better sites for rankings can be found that are run by people who actually care.

These rankings are crazy to me. Look at where Beulah is and who is above them. I have a really hard time buying that Central Dakota is better than a Beulah team with one loss. Another example is I have a problem with an 0-6 Maple Valley-Enderlin being ranked ahead of a 2 win Stanley team for example. I know the debate becomes who has played better teams but if you haven't won a game it is tough to make an argument that you are better than a team with two wins. At some point your record tells a story and I get you aren't playing the same teams but multiple more victories should get you ranked higher. This is why these rankings are frustrating and meaningless.
