When does this come out Run? With 370 views so far, I'm guessing I'm not the only one wondering... :P

I Agree but I think Larimore may be picked a little high. I'd put Hazen Rugby and Velva ahead of them.

Is this a state poll or just an east poll? Is this a coaches poll?

First 2 or 3 weeks of polls aren't very clear cut...early in the season I think the power is in the East. Time will tell for the West.

PRFL passing game is suspect. 0-for two in first game. But when the running game is working like it did against Grafton why risk a pass. But if they run into a team that can stop the run? Milnor may be a good test for PRFL. Until someone knocks them off I see them at the top of the poll every week.

This is probably a stupid Q but what does the # after the record mean? The first is first place votes right?

They didn't run enough pass plays to really gauge whether or not their passing game is suspect. Cudmore is a good passer--they'll be fine so long as they figure out who to throw to. Also, one deep ball was perfect but dropped. So long as they commit to enough passing for the QB and some receivers to develop chemistry, their passing game is going to be fine.

first place votes in ()...vote points after records (1st place = 5, 2nd place = 4, etc.)

Oh I know Cudmore can pass. That's why I was surprised they didn't practice a little more against Grafton (game that means nothing to anybody except Grafton and PR LOL)

My guess is it was the old "don't show too much in a nonconference game" thing.

I'm more worried about the Cocky thing. Last year PRFL was always the underdog and no one took them seriously. When you are the top dog u don't see the up and coming dog till its too late. I think the state championship is PRFL's to lose. Heard that last year about Hazen. Noone was going to beat Hazen last year!
