HCV have a chance vs Larimore? I've kind of thought they were a good 4 seed.

I think if I was going to pick an upset this week, that would be the one....Should be a couple good games this week...I think Linton vs. Park River might be another good one...Other than those two, I'd probably go with the higher seeds and not so sure I wouldn't go with the higher seed in those two as well... :?

I don't think an upset is possible in the region 3 & 4 side of the bracket. At least in the first round. Hazen, Rugby, Killdeer, and Berthold are all very strong teams that will likely dominate their opponents, New Salem, Harvey, Heart River, DL-B, good luck. You are going to need it.

Still don't count out Harvey-WC...they play solid defense and could make things interesting for Killdeer. I don't see a region 4 upsetting a region 3...but I would not be shocked to see the other way around (its not likely but much more possible).

Depends on whether HCV wants to play. Last few games they have looked uninspired. They have offensive talent but their defense has looked lethargic since mid-season.

Hmm. I always thought of Region 4 as being the "good region." Like most teams from that region were pretty good. At least always better than Region 3. Maybe Region 3 is better than we give them credit for.

It seems Regions 1 and 4 are the two best in Class A. I mean 4 of the 5 ranked teams are from those two regions. The only exception is Rugby. I still see them falling to Killdeer in the 2nd round. There is a reason why Killdeer was 3 and Rugby was 4 for 90% of the season. I'm not sure what it is, but there's something.

Hammertime I hope you are not an adult. That poll means absolutely zero 100% of the time. You are not really basing an opinion on a media poll.

To answer your question, yes, I am an adult. It is my opinion. I believe it is my right to have my opinion. And I am not basing my opinion soley off the poll. I have seen both teams play. I saw Killdeer play against Heart River. I've seen nearly all of the Rugby games. From my own personal experience, I think killdeer is the better team. The poll simply reflected my opinion.

Predictions for Quarterfinals
Oakes: 24-12 (Tornadoes defense slows PRFL attack)
Carrington: 24-20 (Cardinals "upset" Polar Bears at home...Cardinal D holds late)
Killdeer: 38-32 (Has makings to be Game of Week...Killdeer speed wins it in 4th)
Hazen: 44-12 (Hazen D too tough...)

Oakes 42 - Park River 15 (Oakes on a roll)
Carrington 35 - Larimore 29 (Carrington goes one more game into playoffs)
Killdeer 34 - Rugby 27 (Killdeers offense gets a good start on the road- hungry for bison rematch)
Hazen 41 - L/C-OR 20 (Hazen win at home on this one-got their hands full on next game tho)
