It'll be a decisive week in region 3. Berthold's probably one of the best, if not the best, teams Rugby will face all season. It'll show which team will be the dominant force in the region for the rest of the season. As for the Harvey vs. DL-B game, even though Harvey has been struggling against these teams, a win against DL-B isn't impossible. Their game against Rugby was a back and forth battle till the end. If Harvey can prove they can roll with the best, they could change their outlook on the rest of the season.

Hey chump, I'm sure the players in Bottineau and Surrey are thrilled with your analysis of their game. These are high school kids that are having bad seasons. To them, this is a chance to get a win. Show a little respect for the guys who are still on the field and still trying and choose your words more carefully.

Not much love for DLB against Harvey...what do you "experts" know that the rest of us don't? :)

Looks like Carrington and Oakes are on a collision course the last game of the year.

I think the game will be close, but It think one team is easily looking better overall right now.

Holy cow!! The rest of the teams in Region 3 need to watch out for Rugby. Lewis & Clark/Berthold got steamrolled 39-9.

No question, they are 1-2 in Region 1, after tonight's results I might have to swallow my pride and change my original prediction. The Cards just might have the answer to the Tornadoes. As always it'll come down to who has the fewest guys limping on the sidelines... ok, changed my mind again, Carrington has small backs, edge Oakes.

Small but lightening fast...Setting up to be a great finale...but, Carrington has Hillsboro first...

Oakes RB is about as tiny as they come, but he is VERY fast and an EXTREMELY tough runner.

Erik Loepp is Oakes running back. I don't think anyone took him down during the whole wrestling season last year. Not until the state championship which he won for his fourth state title. I heard Walker Carr from Carrington is also tough to bring down, he is another outstanding wrestler.

That is an interesting angle to this that I hadn't thought of, these are 2 of the ND Class B wrestling super powers over the last several years. To be fair to Loepp though, his resume on the mat has a bit more depth than Carr's currently. However, each team's best player is a basketball player. Which brings up the angle of Carrington and Oakes competing in the same Class B basketball district this year for the first time. A very intriguing match up in a variety of ways. These boys are going to be seeing a lot of each other it seems.

Interesting stuff for sure...Carrington will "compete" in the South for Basketball but should be phenomenal on the Mat. Along with Abaurrea, Carrington's QB is also a pretty good Basketball player but was sidelined most of last year from BB with a FB injury. The football team has a few great wrestlers...No doubt, they will all see a lot of each other.
