why on earth would Beulah play their starting QB in a JV game?? Was this early in the year before he became a solidified starter?? If this was recent, then that is just plain dumb. Or was it another kid wearing the same number??

Only QB Beulah they had that day JV QB out sick ...Freshman QB played
part of 1st Qt. got hurt .... Sad that school Beulahs size only has three
QB's but that happens late in seasons especially when the Sr. QB doesn't make
team ....

I really dont think you giving beulah enough credit, they just won 5 in a row, they are a pretty good football team and i wouldn't count them out just yet

I have played both Beulah and Hazen this year and i feel Beulah was the more physical team. however hazen has better over all players and speed.. I wouldnt underestimate Beulah they are a very strong team and i expect it to be a good game but i do pick hazen by about 7 in a close game decided by one play.

I dont care what anyone says but this is going to one heck of a game to watch and play. I'm liking Beulah in this one for that they have 5 consecutive wins and they are not looking pass this game like Hazen is. This is going to be a close game but i got Beulah 16....Hazen 12.

The key to this game will be whether or not Beulah can contain Sorenson. If they cant, Hazen will walk away with this one. Another key to this game will be the play of Beulah's QB. Their QB is young and still makes mistakes a typical young QB makes. He doesnt exactly have a good arm or run that well but he needs to find a way to hold onto the ball, get the ball downfield and not turn the ball over. If Beulah can hold onto the ball and keep Hazen's potent offense off the field. Hazen has a lot of speed and good players at the skill positions. Beulah has come on strong at the end of the year and they will have to play their best game of the year. But I still dont think Beulah will be able to keep up with Sorenson and Hazen in this one. Hazen takes the Coal Bowl home again 34-13.
