Two of the best camps in the state are at Valley City State.

Team camp and Line of Scrimmage camp

9-Man Team camp is from June 1st to the 4th
11-Man Team camp is from June 5th to the 8th

Line of Scrimmage camp is July 9th and 10th

Pretty sure Carrington will be having the Jimmy Kleinsasser camp

Hawk Camp put on by Dickson State is an excellent team camp and usually starts in June around fathers day
