No. 3 Watford City (9-1) vs. No. 4 Dickinson Trinity (8-2)

i feel bad for these teams...they have to travel across the whole state when they are what...30 miles away from one another. both had to overcome quite a bit to get to this point...should be interesting

Last time these two teams played it was the secound game of the season and it was a pretty sloppy game with both teams making alot of mistakes, but it was still a good close game with watford winning 15-14. I think it will be another close game but I think trinity will be looking for some revenge and win it.

i'd be up for it to play in the championship...the dome...eh...i'd pass...gimmie the natural elements versus playing football where the air doesn't move

from a money and fan stand point you cant argue with the Alerus/Fargodome option. Weather gets ugly and you end up with MCI for state championship game---that's friends and family. In the Dome and I'll travel no matter what the forecast is.

how is the alerus center in comparison with the fargo dome?

don't punt too high from everything i've heard...i haven't seen a game in it yet, so i can't really qualify the statement.

from a fans stand point Alerus is 2nd. seats are really away from the field. low pitch, so it's even worse the further back you sit

I agree on Trinity.  I haven't seen them play in person this year but I did play against Hazen and if they beat them by 21 it should be a blow out.  I did watch the Rugby vs. Watford City game and Watford did play very good.  But I am from the east and I played against Rugby as well and I thought Hazen was tougher.  But then again we caught Rugby on a night with 30 mph winds where they couldn't air out the ball which is their game.  I hope it ends up being like the meeting earlier in the season score wise because we all want a close game.

Are any of the Watford City/Trinity players getting a look from NDSU or UND?
