Not sure what 14 has against Shanley.....I hope he elaborates. If any teams earns the trip to the dome, then good for them (shanley or not).

This is going to be a "battle". I think it's a toss-up. Maybe an advantage to Shanley because of special teams play - especially field goal kicking.

my only comaparison of these two teams stems from how each of them played vs Grafton. Shanley came to Grafton and got beat pretty handily. they did move the ball tho. scored the most anyone did vs Grafton all year while starters were in for both teams. Kindred played Grafton at home. The game was over the first quarter with grafton leading by 28-0. Kindred hardly got a first down the whole game. for these reasons i will take Shanley by 20. JMHO

kindred has some weakness at corner and on the edge vs the run. IF Shanley can get to the edge running they will win. Kindred needs to run inside and control the ball and make this a grind it out game. Rain/snow forcasted but it is at Shanley so field conditions won't be a factor but the ball will still be wet. '
Shanley +14, didn't think they would be Carrington so would be shocked if Kindred won!

I'm taking Kindred, 22-14, will be a good game. Plankers (beast), Dahlgren & Bachmeier will lead the way to the dome. 2 thing for Kindred to improve on from last week (although they dominated the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball), had 11 penalties & 3 TO'S, also put the ball on the ground 4 other times but recovered. I'm saying they clean that up a bit this week, if not my prediction won't look so good.

Kindred actually put the ball on the ground 8 times against Carrington...only losing 2 of them. Kindred has difficulty holding on to the ball and their special teams is very poor. They were down 14 to both Wahpeton & Grafton within 5 minutes due to special teams. My heart is with Kindred, but their play is so sloppy, it will catch up to them.

You narrowed your gap, wanderer. You were taking Shanley by more earlier in the week. I'm still thinking Shanley will roll over them by 3 scores or so. Shanley is tough at home.

As much as i hate kindred i will say 20-14 kindred......all i have too say is there fan base is a very unsportsmanlike at the carrington game carringtons running back got hurt and was laying on the feild with a broken leg and the kindred crowd sat there and cheered about it while the whole stadium was silent  i cant even explain my feelings on that besides the word RESPECT!!!

Hope Shanley wins this one. Would like to see Rod rekindle that old flame with Grafton.

Prep14. I just want to say I am sorry to hear you hate Kindred. Suffice to say you are totally wrong about Kindred cheering for the downed player for their was someone leading some type of cheer and we as fans were totally unaware that someone was seriously injured. I apologize on behalf of this but you must understand that there was absolutely no cheering about an injured player. Before you go making blanket statements about Kindred you should maybe try and get your facts straight first.

I figured there had to be some explaination. Didn't sound like something anyone would ever do.

Old#1KindredQB is right on with this statement. I was at that game and standing right next to the student section. They were only doing a random cheer; nothing to do with an injured player. From where we stood, most of us were unable to even see the field let alone a player laying on the ground; the fan stands sit low and our team was standing in front of us. As soon as some of the others realized there was an injured player, they told the students to stop cheering and they did.
