I can't say Carrington has a better line than Grafton, but there's no doubt they are the strength of the team. They have decent skill players, but the line play dictated every game. P.S. check out their roster, no disrepect to their seniors, but yikes, they'll be hard to handle in 2012.

this is off topic but here we go
alot like the O and D lines, it has been a high powered offense by committee. Depending on matchups, weather, etc, this GROUP usually racks up 30 points by half time. 6 out of 9 games the starters sat most of the second half. this makes the games stats and numbers even more impressive as they were usually amassed in just one half of football. Defenses cant focus on any one or even two players as all of them are serious offensive threats.
Jake Hanson QB 6' 200lbs 3 year starter, all region soph and junior yr, all state junior yr, can run and throw
Zach Burns RB 6' 205lbs 3 year strarter, punishing inside runner, good blocker, good linebacker
Adam Jiskra 6'2" WR, 3 year starter, all region, all state junior year, big play reciover, 12 int's last yeear DB
Joey Demers WR, DB 3 year starter, All region all state, junionr yr, great multi purpose player o and d
Zach Suda 5'9" WR, DB 3 year starter, Quick on kick returns, can run around the outxide and recieve, most improved skill position player over the last few years
christian lunde WR LB 5'10" 176lbs Good all around athlete, hard hitting line backer great reciever hands
Austin Contreras WR DB 6' 170; quick and athletic, good ball skills

Also a quick mention about one of Grafton's skill players that hasn't been able to play. John LeClerc, a senior, went down with a broken lower leg in the Shanley game (while making a 25 yard catch). He was one of Grafton's starting WR's. Tall, fast and athletic kid. Finished well (third maybe?) in the state high hurdles as a junior.

absolutely correct. Silly of me to not mention Leclerc. Hope is leg is well enough so that he can suit up for the last game if the spoilers make it that far. He wont be abled to play but i am sure he would love to be in uniform on the field with his team mates if possible.
