Does anyone know some of the greatest teams in Class A history?  Just curious if anyone has any insight to this or if someone has been following North Dakota prep basketball for many years....

Fargo South of late 80's was pretty solid.  Tony Paper, Tony Satter, and the Gardners came in there somewhere.

Fargo South 1989, 25 - 0  enough said... this was the best team I have ever seen, every player on the team could dunk! which doesnt make a great team but pretty impressive...  They had one close game all year, vs Dickinson in the State quarterfinals, otherwise they won every game big.

I remember talking to Tom Lium after that year and he told me that they had 33 dunks that year, which is really impressive when you consider that many, many times a team won't have any dunks at all during the season.  Usually, it's maybe one guy on the team that can dunk, and he might get 2 or 3 during the year.

athleticism wise, ND hasnt seen a team even remotely athletic as the. 89' Fargo South team. I believe they were ranked in the USA Today Regional Rankings

Here is an oldie but a goodie...

Mandan won consecutive state titles in 1966 (18-5) and 1967 (25-1). Starters on the '67 team were Bob Green (DSU), Scott Howe (NDSU), Wally Koch (UND), Billy Cook, and Rich Carrier. Green is still second on Mandan's career scoring list, trailing Justin Belohlavok by only two points 1121 - 1119. If there was a better team during that decade I guess it would the opponent that put the "1" in that '67 record!
