do ya just kind of wonder in the back of your mind of coach Miles is thinking Fargo wasnt such a bad place? The ol shelf at CSU seems pretty bare. They lost everything and that first game was nothing to set the tone for the rest of the year.

I think he would have liked to waited 2 years until this years NDSU jr.s would have been done, but the offer was a significant challenge and pay increase that he couldn't pass up at the time.

Just give him a few years to recruit his kinda guys and that program should be on the rise, Just like Tubby needs a couple years to get some nice recruiting classes in at the the U of M.

Good to see Qvale get some playing time and put some points on the board, whats it looking like for him on the depth chart this year?

just to refresh everyone on how brian is doing he is doing pretty good coming off the bench for UM as a true frosh his current stats are
min=14.3
pts=4.8
reb=3.5
blk=1.3
he has started the previous 2 games while coach tinkle has moved to a bigger lineup
his best game imo was against montana st. northern 8 pts 10 brds 1 stl and 2blks in 18 min
other notes- it sounds like derek selvig has redshirted this year also i would like to say another williston standout James Henessey is playing some minutes with the montana st bobcats avg 2.6 ppg 2 asst. and 2 reb per game on 17 min. He plays behind a couple of senior guards, so next year, look for him to run the point. James and Brian square off on Jan 5. at Montana its on espn full court for those who are interested in watching

I read on egriz.com that Qvale is starting now, as a true freshman.

hmm..i watched them play Oregon State on FSN the other night and didnt see him on the court. Hennesey played a bit...incidently they won. great game.

my bad. Hennesey is at MSU and Qvale at the U...i thought both were playing for the Bobcats.
