Century over Bottineau tonight 8-3. Bottineau was terrible the first 4 minutes of the game. Century jumped out to a 4-0 lead and ended the 1st period 5-1.5 goals on 11 shots for century 3 of the goals went high glove with the Bottineau goaltender going down b4 the shot. 2nd period Bottineau looked a little better. The goalie played alot better than the 1st. 2nd period ended 5-2 with not much action. Bottineau got it to 5-3 with abot 10 minutes to go in the third but with about 4 minutes left the flood gates opened again for Century scoring 3 more goals in about a minute and a half.
Overall I was pretty impressed with Century. It was my first time seeing them this year. They are a quick team and they move the puck well. They also have a goalie that will be a stud in a couple of years. They will be tough to beat.

i think century needs to learn to be a little more selffish at times.. seems to me against minot they had some chances at good shots but tried to make the extra pass to make it look pretty. also the bismarck bott. game that was scheduled for tonight got cancelled due to road conditions.

Does anyone have an update on who won he Bis/Man game?

just got back from the BHS Mandan game. WOW. BHS was soooooooo lucky to get out of there with a win. they were down 2-0 early and 3-1 midway through the third period!!!!! Anderson( lives in mandan ) scored the game-tying goal with about 4 minutes left in the game and richter scored the game winner with 3 minutes left in OT for the 4-3 win. mandan did a good job of getting in front of bhs shots and goaltender lewis played good but not unbelievable. Dvorak was horrible first mandan goal Dobier scored from behind the net and the other goals were sketchy too. he got pulled in the third. BHS should be very concerned with the way their playing Romanick didnt play but still if they play this way at regionals they will not win the tournament.

very intense game at mandan.. i believe not only the first goal went in from behind the net but also the second. bhs got killed by penalties.. including a misconduct on richter. i think they had at least 30 minutes of penalties. third period the shots were about 25-5 with bhs totally dominating. is it just me or does it seem like bismarck is having an extremely tough time putting the puck away compared to the beginning of the year. anyone have an explanation??

jeez looks like that lose from williston didn't do bhs any good...it made them worse...they should've taken mandan out behind the wood shed but guess not...sounds like a pretty good game though, what were the shots?

Shots were 50-26. Dvorak fot pulled, I don't know the seperation for their 23 saves.

The shots were 10 10 after the first. BHS killed pretty much the entire game it seemed like. They need to put the puck away. Mandan never sustained a forcheck for more than 20 seconds. This game should have been a lot worse than it was. The puck just isn't finding the back of the net for bismarck.. it better soon or their season will be out the window.

minot barely beat hazen tonight 2-1, seemed alot like the williston hazen game im not positive on the shots but they were around 15-45 i know and it just seems the hazen goalie is keeping them in alot of there games but obviously he cant do all the work

actually I believe the shots were 35 to 21 but hazen could have easily won this game both minots goals were slow shots on the ice

Williston 4-0 over dickinson axtman had four goals Williston played good the first period nothing really in the second but played another good period in the third
