With the outcome of the last game this one could turn out to be quite the barn burner. The game will probably end up with Central getting 50+ shots and tallying up five goals while Granton on the other hand will get twelve shots and one goal.

That is probably true that seems to be the way that all of central's games have been going.

Graftons goalie by the sounds of it played out of his mind the 2nd time they played central. The first game showed what should have happened, 8 to 0 GFC. Losing was an eye opener to central, especially since it was to GPR. Im sure central will show up 2 play this time and the outcome will be much different. Shots will be the same, central outshoting them by 30+ shots, but the score at the end of the game will be much different this time around i think.

Grafton's goalie put on as good a performance as anyone could at the game in Grafton. Central will get a ton of shots. Central should be able to score 5 or 6 goals, maybe more. Grafton probably can't put in more than 2 or 3. The only way Grafton wins is if they concentrate on defense and wait for some breakaways to do their scoring. Grafton was playing on a lot of adrenalin on their home ice. Central got frustrated when the puck wouldn't go by. If Central can get a couple of goals early, they will cruise through this one.

Wish I could agree, but I think Central is too tough for anybody this year. They are the class of the state. Anything less than a state championship would be a dissapointment for Central. If Grafton/PR can get to the State tourney and win in the first round that will be a great accomplishment.

Didn't see this game, but I was at the one in Grafton in January. Central outshot Grafton/PR badly in that one too, but the goaltender for GPR had a crazy good night. Outcome of last night's game wasn't a big surprise to me. I don't know if I will agree with you that Grafton has been going downhill. I think they are just one of the pack of 3 or 4 teams that are trying to fill the 4th spot in the East. #1Central, #2RR, #3South, #4?????.

From what I have heard, even though the score didn't show it, there have been a few close calls for them in their past few games

Someone had told me that central could not bury the puck and the score was not what central was hoping for.
