I use to think this was Weston Dressler's 10.44 in the year 2004 but looking at the results from the 2002 state meet
http://www2.bhs.bismarck.k12.nd.us/athl ... esults.htm and going down to the class b it says the fastest prelim time was a 10.37, and there is also a 10.43 listed in the prelims. Can anyone confirm these as legit?

The BIG difference there is that those Class B times were Wind-Aided. I remember this year...there was a HUGE north wind blowing in Grand Forks that day...then the winds shifted out of the south the next day but not as gusty.
