Who in ND is going to the Howard Wood meet this year? And does anybody know what the special event is this year?

Not sure on who might be going to this from ND though

It's a week later this year than usual so that will probably affect a lot of who goes. The only teams that usually go are BHS and maybe some Fargo athletes. As for the Specials i dont have any idea. It was the 200 last year i think? so is it the 400 this year or the 800? either way ND has some good runners that could be competitive in those events.

From Looking at the schedule it says that the special event is the 400m, would be nice to see someone from ND go down there and show them southerners how we run things.

Morgan Milbrath (Minot) won the Special Event 400 Meter Dash with a 53.98.

Brock Larson (Fargo South) won the Pole Vault going 16' 0"
Fargo Shanley's Girls 4x800 Meter Relay got 2nd in the Class A Division (9:47.83)

Two Girls from ND have made the 100 Meter Dash Finals: Morgan Milbrath (Minot) and Julia Johnson (Fargo Shanley)

Two Boys from ND have made the 110 Meter Hurdles Finals: Brock Larson (Fargo South) and Alex Neumiller (Bismarck).

Milbrath's time is the second-fastest high school time in the nation this year.

I will try this one more time. Is there anyone who has a videotape of the girls 400 meter final race at the 2010 state track meet between Morgan Milbrath and Laura Roesler? It has been described as one of the most exciting races in state track meet history. I find it hard to believe that nobody has a tape of that. Anyone?
