Maybe McCloud or Peterson will be thrown in there at the end of the season. I heard McCloud might try the mile.

Does anyone know of any schools changing classes for this year? i.e. where is Valley City? Are they back to A or still B?

Which is a shame I think seeing as most of their talent they had last year is gone (eg Moritz, Engelhard). They belong in Class B for track.

Class B is not supposed to be based on talent, but number of students. The more "large" schools that drop to Class B simply make the small Class B schools more and more less relevant - or force them to Coop. Sometimes I think that is what the brain wizards in Valley City want!

I would have to say Eric Kuntz from Rugby will play a big part in the State meet.

And a few more...

Paige Slemmons and Gabby Grommesh (CC) - sprints.

What about the best relay teams from each region?

IMO

Region 1
Girls
4x1: MWL or CC
4x2: MWL, CC or Kindred (too hard to tell right now)
4x4: Kindred
4x8: MWL

Boys
4x1: MWL
4x2: Kindred or MWL
4x4: Kindred or MWL
4x8: Oak Grove (I think they'll be tops in the Region by the end of the year...should place high at state)

Lisbon girls have a couple of good sprinters, so their relays might be good again this year.
