Who's going to state, who are the returning state qualifyers, and plain and simple who's the best?

As a former sprinter & fan of the sport here is my 2011 predictions for class "A"
North Dakota Boys Track and Field.
100m: Welk,Mann,Spacek
200m: Welk.Mann,Hillen.Severson
400m: Hillen,Waha,Severson
800m: Waha,Shafer,Hillen (?)
1600m: Leingang
3200m: Leingang
110H: Neumiller
300H: Neumiller
HJ: Kautz,Heinen
LJ: Williams, Neumiller
TJ: Williams,Schirado

I predict West Fargo will win back to back EDC titles. As a surprise to many watch
for Shane Hillen possibly running the 800m. He enjoys trying to break records. The 800m record (1:56.07)for W.Fargo has never been broken in 30 years. This winter he has done some resistance training and his younger brother Shawn will be a good addition to W.Fargo's mid-distance line up. Bismarck will again win the WDA regional tournament.

I am fairly confident that West Fargo's 800m record will not be broken this year. Last year was their chance, because of Uetz, but he got a broken toe. He ran a 1:59 at state with a broken toe.

Well this thread has been eaten by West Fargo fanatics, so I'll try to throw in some points to your post.
Spacek is not a contender in the 100.
You are obviously from WF, so why would you spell "Siverson" wrong? (p.s. not a contender in the 200)
Waha's last name is Sem hahahahahahaha (in case you didn't know)
Hillen will not contend in the 800. He probably won't even run it.
You must look down up the WDA. Not very many people from there on your list.

I talked to Hillen and he said he isnt running the 800 he said hes going to focus on the 200 and 400. Spacek wont be a contender for a state title this year but look for him to do well in the EDC. Siverson wont run the 200 much this year just like last year he'll only do it to qualify.

i see Williams taking long and triple jump in the EDC and coming into state he's #1 in triple with the only real competition being schirado. then again williams only triple jumped twice prior to EDC and won that and took 3rd at state.. however he will definitely have trouble beating neumiller in long though that kids beast and his PR is something like 7-8" further than williams? (not a huge difference but a difference none the less). shirado is also right up there in the high 21s so i see neumiller williams and shirado placing the top 3 in long not sure about the order of williams and neumiller though. Hillen will take the 400 with sem and siverson behind him maybe mann behind them as well. i agree with theman the wf 800 record will not be touched this year especially considering hillen doesnt even run the 800

and also heinen right up in top 3-4 in long jump

How about predictions for Class A girls

100, 200 and 400 - Morgan Milbrath (Minot)
1600 and 3200 - Brecca Wahlund (Minot)
4x400 - West Fargo or Bismarck
4x800 - West Fargo or Bismarck

In the hurdles, a 8th grader from mandan finished i believe 5 at state in the 300. Checked results from Minot she won 55 hurdles and finished 2 nd in the 400.

Long Jump and Triple Jump - Bruenjes (West Fargo)
High Jump - Kira Larson (Fargo North)
