Yeah...definitely...got to see them run last Saturday...no one near them! I have a feeling Thompson's girls will win the 4x8 at Regionals just because I can't see North Border running it when there are other events for those girls to qualify in. No need to make them more tired than letting them run things fresh.

I saw Thompson ran a 10:22 on saturday. But north border is close in qualifying in the 4x4, they didn't run their best time (i don't think) on saturday but they're close from what i've seen.

Thompson will run away with the 4x8 at Regionals. I think I heard that North Border's best 4x4 time is around 4:20; if the weather cooperates that time should drop to qualifying, if it doesn't it will be around the 4:20 or so but no one should be able to compete with them.
