I'm sorry to sound rude, but is that even a valid question? There is not even a contest. Who sets state records every year in girls hurdles and is not even close to the competition? Ellie Grooters.

There's your proof. She beat the next fastest girl in the state by 4/5 of a second in a 100 and almost 3 full second in a 300. That's the best girls hurdler in the state.
