I think that Shane Hillen from west fargo has a shot at state in the 400m this year... last year as a freshman he ran a 51.79

2 WORDS.....JOHN WELK......the kid is a stud! if he could do every event they have to offer he wouldnt be able to stand up becuase of all the gold tied to his neck! even though he is coming back from a broken leg he will be state champ( for whatever event he chooses)

so basically your saying that he is going to win 4 individual state titles this year... so the way i take it with welk taking first in 4 events and joash taking first in 2 st. marys should have 60 points out of 2 people and should be competing for a state title this year??
