Jamie Drevlow from North SArgent in the Javelin, should finally get her state title, will definetly hit 140 maybe get up to 150

On the boys side look for Kordell Wolfe of Harvey and Ryan Drevlow of North Sargent to compete for the top spot in all 3 throwing events

I'm going to throw out some events...if you could quote this post and bold the event and throw out some names/teams and region that they compete in for the events that would be great.

Boys Pole Vault, Boys mile or 2 mile, Girls mile or 2 mile, Boys 3200 relay, Girls 3200 relay

Scott Anderson of Oak Grove Lutheran ran a 4:41 mile yesterday at the Concordia HS Indoor meet. Its nice to see a mile time around the state qualifying mark in the indoor season!

watford city's 3200m relay brings back most of its team. they lost their worst runner who ran a 2:16, and gained hayes feilmeyer who was 10th at state cross country this year, and last year ran a 2:10 in his only time running the 800m. they placed eighth at last years state, but came into the state meet with the 3rd best time. team is: greg skurupey-2:00
hayes feilmeyer-2:10
adam brenna-2:03
casey jore-2:05

Oak Grove will have a good 3200 meter relay for both their boys and their girls teams.

The girls team has the potential to run these splits (in race order): 2:30, 2:35, 2:25, 2:25 = around 10 minutes

The boys team only has the potential to run these splits: 2:05, 2:06, 2:07, 2:01 = 8:19

Kordel Wolfe from Harvey has a chance at a title in all three throws. He won javelin, placed high in shot, and is within 10 feet of all place winners returning from state last year.

Bryant Halvorsen from Rugby in long and triple jump has legitimate chance of winning both. Also has legitimate chance of breaking Rich Goff's state long jump record that has stood for 39 years. I predict he will bust a 23'6 maybe even a 24' foot jump this year. I know he is a long ways from that at this time, but he improved dramatically last year, and could see him doing it this year as well. Already busted a 22'5 at first meet indoors.
