Postby project-pat » Fri Nov 02, 2007 4:24 pm

This year I'm making the transition from Golf to Track and would like some input on who the best individuals/teams in the state are gonne be, boys and girls? I'm going to hopefully run events such as the 1 mile and 2 mile to give me a head start on xc training for next season.

Dustin Bartsch of Minot Ryan and Patrick Wolf of New Town are now seniors and have been two of the top mile runners in the state for awhile. I expect a one-two finish from these two.

Hazen will be a top team with all their speed. Mott-Regent returns some speed. Trinity might be down, but still top 5. But this might be New Town's year. They should place 3-4 in the 1600, 3200, and win the 3200 relay.

Oliver Dauphinais a sophmore at Four Winds, he should place in the top 8 in the 3200m.
