Since it's that time of year, why don't we start listing those who will be leading the way this spring....name, school, events, etc.

Wow, dude, you can seriously stop talkin yourself up now. I think this is like the third post where you talk about colter anderson and ironically, ur name is anderson16. No need to talk yourself up on a site. Let your actions do the talking.

that does stink that he is hurt, he would probably shatter his 400 record and probably break the 200 reocord this year

I hope Bowers runs again at the UofM, but he is very lucky to be alive.

Don't know any details.....bad auto accident.  I think it was "touch and go" for awhile....multiple injuries....sounds like it will be tough to get back on the track and perform like he once did.  I followed his recovery on a website for a little while, but don't remember the site....anyone have it ??

Last I heard, he was doing well, but still recoverying/rehabbing.

Bismarck has done a nice job with its program, but track has really become a numbers game.  It will be rare for anyone to win it besides Bismarck, Minot, and South.  You may see a different school every once in a while, but not often.

for me in track its not nearly as much the team aspect at individual... thats why i like track its a nice break from playing football and basketball where you need the hole team to win where in track you can win all by yourself....

I think bismarck will take A this this year. Their program is set up to accept nothing less than the best. They must have some really dedicated runners and great coaches.

Naw Central only has a couple of good guys like Miracle and Ben Jackson. Bismarck is pretty dang good every year for some reason. Central was only good when they had Ryan Chappell
