Hazen has a lot of good sprinters, Trinity has a couple good field events and a lot of middistance/distance runners, New town should be alright even though they lost Dixon, and I think Mott has a good sprinting core.

Sarah Holle from New Salem will be right up there in the 400 and the 200, she has been right there at the top at the state track since she was a sophmore. expect for her to finally win something....

you don't have to win championships to be considered a good team

believe it or not, she is only a junior.  She and her sister (Iowa Hawkeyes now) have dominated so long, it seems like she's been around forever.

The Lisbon girls are going to have a few girls there that are returning from impressive performances last year.  Veronica Munkeby who is only a sophmore this year and was a freshman last year placed second in the high jump, and Ashley Berg (also a sophmore) is uncatchable in any form of hurdle running.  Each of them should help the Lisbon girls to a top 3 place in state this year.

Casey Uggerud from D-ST in the 110 hurdles...if he can make it over the first hurdle, we're safe.
