VCSU has some pretty talented recruits coming in next year:
Kendra Odegard -state champ in jav
Brooklyn Koenig -runner up in jav
Noah Rolfe- state champ in mile, two mile 3rd in 800
Ashton Biesterfeld- runner up in discus, 3rd in jav
Brooke Blessem missed senior year but signed
Sadie hansen- state champ in shot put, 3 rd in discus
Who did I miss?

Kaden Pastian, HCV is going to NDSU. NDSU lost their throwing coach, but I would bet on Pastian being an AA.

I see that Abby Duchscherer is in track this year (and leading the state in Javelin). Is she not doing the travelling softball this year?

My guess is she is too old for softball. I'm curious why she doesn't play HS softball. Most schools allow kids to play multiple sports.

She is doing both. Kindred does a really nice job of working together across the board to share their athletes between sports.

I've seen Abby hit and to be completely honest it would be a waste of her time and talent. She would never get a pitch to hit as EVERYONE would pitch around her. I'm sure Kindred would love to have her play SS for them though.

I remember reading this last year and I don't believe this to be true. There are so many blowouts in softball. Teams aren't pitching around her when it's 16-4 in the 4th inning. Most pitchers aren't even good enough to pitch around a player.

Anyone have list of this years college recruits for Track and Field?
