MN adding Shot Clocks

Voted unanimously today that Minnesota will be adding shot clocks for all VARSITY games starting in 2023-24

When I retired from coaching 2 years ago the upper divisions in SD did but for the bottom division it was optional, but I believe all divisions have to have it this season.
