17-10, the Cyclones have the lead at the half. NDSU's Pat Paschall is four yards from hitting a 100. NDSU also has a slight edge in total offense.

The difference in the game was a Bison fumble at the six inch line.

Bah! NDSU down by 10 at the start of the fourth, 27-17. Turnovers are killing NDSU. NDSU has 347 total yards to their 315, so they're moving the ball.

Rats, NDSU loses 17-34. I don't ISU is that much better than last year so that's a bad sign. Be interesting to see how NDSU responds next week - I don't think NDSU has started with two road games in a long time... maybe in 1981.

Someone on ESPN.com predicted ISU to be the worst team in the Big 12 this season.

They sure aren't very good. I would say its a toss up between them and Baylor

Maybe so, but are they still better then Texas, Oklahoma, OK St, Texas Tech, A&M, Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, Colorado, Kansas State? They maybe decent compared to recent years, but they are still in the loaded Big XII.

Baylor will be better than you think this year...one of the most talented football players in the country will have the ball in his hands on every snap...they will open some eyes

If I heard correctly on the webcast last night, it's been 24 years since they opened the season on the road. WOW
