The Holy Cross vs. Minnesota game was unbelievable last night. The whole crowd rallied behind Holy Cross in hopes of an opposite over the 500 pound gorilla that was the Minnesota Gophers. The building erupted when the Crusaders managed to score first and were with them the rest of the way! I just had a feeling going into the over time period that Holy Cross was going to be able to pull off something special, and like ndfan said, it was the first time a 4 seed has beat a number one, and if you truly break down, it was a 16 over a 1 seed. Holy Cross received a standing O as they left the ice!

The Sioux came out strong against Michigan as the crowd was still buzzing from the Gopher loss! The Sioux played a solid game and were just simply too much for Michigan to handle. It was nice to see the Sioux playing with a lead in the 3rd period and not just sit back, they attacked, attacked, attacked.

If you have a ticket, show up, and be loud. We need the Ralph hoping just like it was last night, and let's home the team has that extra hop in their skates again tonight. Go Fighting Sioux!!!

Great win Sioux! Great effort fans! Bring on the Boston College Eagles!

The Ralph was rocking, the team is clicking, and we're on our way to Milwaukee. We will play Thursday April 6th. I'm guessing if Wisconsin wins tomorrow against Cornell, we will play the 3:00 PM ET game, with Wisconsin getting the night game. Who knows if that doesn't happen.

I can't. Enjoy the win Sioux, rest up and get ready. Let's get it done this year!!

GO FIGHTING SIOUX!!

I watched both games on tv and they were clicking on all cylinders this weekend.

The freshman are really a good boost to an already great team. Just keep up the pace and blow the competition away.... GO SIOUX

Well its Frozen Four time baby! I hope the Sioux can keep on trucking. BC will come out hard as they sure will want to avenger their loss last year! I'm looking for a close, tight game. Hopefully the Sioux will be on top!

GO FIGHTING SIOUX!!!

P.S. Game is at 2:05 PM and can be found on ESPN2. Radio has it locally in GF on 96.1 FM The Fox, and there is a streaming audiocast of that as well I do believe.

That was a tough one. Everything the Sioux couldn't do in order to win this game, they did do. Too many turnovers, too many mistakes and no scoring on the power play. Still they never gave up and that's all I ever ask.

A month and a half ago they weren't even supposed to be here. We still finished as a top four team in the country, and still finished better than the Gophers.

Thanks for a great season Sioux! We'll miss you Prpich and wish the best to those who are soon to leave.

Thanks for the memories and lets go get the big one next year!

A little article on signing a goalie and Parise is probably gone at the end of the month.
