The last time South didn't win state was when it was held in the east at Jamestown 3 or 4 years ago -- I think Minot won it. The last time state was in the west was in Mandan, South killed everyone. We all remember the aftermath of last year too. Sure having it at a course not many have played at is a dissadvantage but I don't think it will change who will win it.
