Tampa 2 defense

Okay I've just been reading about this defensive scheme in the Star/Trib, how is this different from other teams, or what Cotrell was doing.

Pretty much has to do with personnel basically need a pass rusher like Dwight Freeney or Simeon Rice, speedy linebackers, physical cornerbacks and safeties that can cover have the field. It will take some time just like it did with the Colts. The key will be finding linebackers to play that defense.

Well doesn't every defense want those same things? There has to be some sort or philisophical difference also, I would think?
