Mohall Native Dies in MT Avalanche

Mohall native Travis Engstrom was caught in an avalanche over the weekend out near Bozeman, MT. I remember this kid pretty well. Mohall had a strong basketball team back in the early 90's.

I don't know all the specs on this young man, but I know he was a good scorer and was a tough football and basketball player. I would venture to guess he would have been on the all-district team and possibly all-region as well for basketball.

35 yrs old is too young to be taken from the world.

My thoughts and prayers go out to all the family members.

Not going to lie if a thread about one of the best basketball players to come out of this state gets closed because of "relavancy" I think this one should be closed too...just because there are a couple "hicks out there that dont have respect for a great athletes life changing and him becoming happy...why havnt you jumped all over the appropriateness of this...I am in no way trying to offend anyone nor disrespect the decesed just my .02
