Which athlete has dominated their sport like no other athlete in any sport ever has in North Dakota sports?

Going by pure statistics - Steve Blehm in boys basketball - 2nd place is still 1200 points behind him.
Track and Field - It will be Laura Roessler from Fargo South - continuing on the pace she is on - will have 22 state track titles when she graduates. Whitney Carlson had 20 I believe when she graduated.
