I'd be willing to bet that coaches not only read the boards, but that 70+% are members of atleast one message board.

I talked for awhile with her about message boards over the phone. Most of it concerned what we do to keep everything from becoming negative. I told her that without our moderators it wouldn't work.

It seems like conversations about message boards seem to want to focus on the negative. If you read through the topics, you will find that there are a lot of well thought out detailed responses and they are not negative in any way. The ones that offer criticism are the ones that stand out to most readers. Too bad.

My thought, if you dig hard enough, you fill find that needle in the hay stack and get stuck with it. You can find bad in everything. It's what you want to get out of it or make it. Look for the rotten apple and you'll find it.
