Who owns your School

Not literally reality - but technically that is correct as local gov't aid to schools is funded by portions of land/property tax of which farmers would obviously have the most of. Most of the aid comes from state funding, which is funded by all citizens taxes - so technically everone owns the public schools. But I guess, if anyone said to me that they "Own the school" because they are a farmer, I'd say that they are extremely narcissistic and furthermore, off their rocker.
